First personal blog entry ever, okay lets put it very simple and sweet. I gained about 30 pounds in like 9 months and i didn't even notice that shit, till one day i got on a scale and i was 200 plus pounds of all fat. i had a big ass stomach and i had big ass cheeks(II). I had been on that Chicago "every restaurant" is good diet. So i needed to drop that shit asap. I started on running on a elliptical machine every day for about 30 minutes and that just made me sweat but it aint really lose shit. Then one day i got this tape by accident or "fate" called P90X and it's basically a DVD workout where you a do a tape a night with each workout being at least a hour each.

now if you follow my blog or you know me, you know i dont post or endorse anything that i wouldnt wear or listen too or live by, i just dont. Nothing against other blogs and shit but yall post shit, you dont even like "I just dont get it" Trust me this is not that "step up" and "step down" workout tape where you might wanna stop and FAP to the sexy "personal trainer" this shit works magic, if you stick with the "healthy eating" i didn't necessarily stick to the program they provided but i did count my Calories and stick to a protein high diet, which has got me in damn near the best shape of my life. For the better part of this month i added a morning run of 6-8 miles every day, then i would do the tape according to my schedule of P90X at night. I dont advise you to do this unless your physical history involves, lots of sports, lots of sex, lots of walking "due to not having a car", or lots of just doing shit like moving. I feel better than i have every felt in my life. Now my cool ass has added 2 new goals for this year. One; being to achieve washboard abs by any means necessary, and two; run a 5k or half marathon in my life, most likely the half K. Most the time people put the weight issue and working out issue as a burden on their brains, as something they cant concur or achieve. "Its all mental" is something i've been telling myself. Life is a big mental Fuck and is going to be that way because your brain is the Greatest muscle ever created. If you want to get in shape or lose some pounds, just do it (No Nike) but real talk just do the shit, once you start you'll find out how fun it is to get healthy and workout. I mean when i wake up in the morning I'm "geek-ed" to run those miles because, i know how great I'm gonna feel when I'm done. Now whats talking all this shit without showing results. Thanks and I hope this inspires someone.

Now I'm nowhere done or satisfied and these "latter" pics are kinda old, like maybe two weeks. My body looks way better than this now. It's was all mental; the eating, the pounds, the late night crave fest is was all mind shit. When i think about it i eat the same amount i ate when i was a fat fat man, i now just choose to eat more healthy choices and stay with water on deck. Hope this can inspire someone

Flick-end Reviews: Devin The Dude: Suite 420

One of the most overlook artist in the history of Southerns Hip Hop rise to fame. While many new artist like max b and Wiz Khalifa are getting noticed for their weed song style and great melody's on hooks. Devin the Dude is the King of this style no questions asked. This is Devin's first release without the backing of the legendary record label Rap-a-lot behind him.

The Album starts with a laid back synth track called "We Get High" about what else you ask? Getting high, as much as i love getting high (in my younger days) this track just seems like a above average filler. The next track gives me the devin i love and thats the regular life storyteller devin. Thats basically the mixture of how the album plays. A little bit of weed songs, mixed with regular life storyteller tracks and something real smooth for the ladies.

Bump ability* ( 5/10) not many tracks that give you that summer windows down feeling, but for a nice cruise to the store or a nice mellow ride to a lady friends house around midnight, this album is perfect (damn near).

headphones ability* (7/10) The lyrics on this album are pretty text book but not waka flocka, anti dictionary so this album can exercise your brain but not to the max more like 20 push-ups in the morning and before you go to sleep.

everlasting ability* (5/10) definitely not what i was expecting from one of my favorite artist, some tracks could be added in a devin the dude mega-mix, but as a whole this album just seems like a experiment to sound like 2007 Devin instead of 2010.

Overall Flick Rating* (6/10) This album is not my favorite album nor is it the worst, but its just devin being devin. The Standout track is the Anti-Drug (except weed) anthem "All You Need".

How to help Haiti earthquake victims: Text Yele, donate to the Red Cross, contribute to UNICEF, more

Disaster relief organizations are mobilizing to aid Haiti - and are asking or help. Funds are needed to provide enough safe water, temporary shelter and vital medical supplies.

UNICEF and Save the Childrenalready have emergency teams in Haiti, and the Red Cross has released $200,000 in disaster funds.

You can donate to these groups:

- Text Yele. Wyclef Jean is urging donors to text 'Yele' to 501501 and make a $5 contribution to the relief effort over cell phone. Click here to get more information via Wyclef's Twitter page.

- Save the Children. Donate atsavethechildren.org or make checks out to "Save the Children" and mail to: Save the Children Income Processing Department, 54 Wilton Road, Westport, Conn. 06880

- UNICEF. Go online tounicefusa.org/haitiquake or call (800) 4UNICEF.

- Red Cross. Go online toredcross.org and click Donate, or call (800) REDCROSS.

- Direct Relief International.Donate online at directrelief.org.

- Mercy Corp. Go online tomercycorps.org or mail checks to Haiti Earthquake Fund, Dept. NR, PO Box 2669, Portland, Ore. 97208 or call (888) 256-1900

To find information about friends and family in Haiti: TheU.S. State Department set up a toll-free number to call for information about family members in Haiti: 1-888-407-4747.

The department said some callers may receive a recording because of heavy volume of calls.

The State Department has also set up links on its Web site to facilitate donations to disaster relief agencies.
